A refund will be granted providing the item is returned in its original condition within 15 days of dispatch.
Please take care when trying on items as, unfortunately, we can't refund any items that are marked with deodorant, make up, fake tan, perfume. All items must be returned in the condition they were received, with the tags still attached.

We are normally super fast with returns and try to process them the same day received back. However, sometimes we get busy! So, please do give us up to 7 days to process your return.
Refunds will be credited back to the same card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase. Do remember it can take your bank up to 7 working days to show your refund in your account once processed, although it's usually much quicker!
